At Banana on Cat we make a conscious effort to reduce our environmental impact, we seek out the most sustainable products available and try to keep it local.

Where possible we utilise sustainable forest managed products that are elemental and chlorine free in manufacture, carbon neutral or ideally have a high recycled content (ideally 100%).

We use water-based Permaset Aqua® inks in our screen printing process, and follow best practice for our production methods, to try to keep our water use to a minimum.

We refuse to wrap our cards excessively and we package our gift tags in compostable packaging (looks like plastic but it’s not!).

We may not get it all exactly right, but we are trying and are more than happy to learn of new ways to reduce waste to keep this creative planet spinning.

Life after cards

Think of these cards as mini artworks.
You can frame them, keep them around you desk, cut off the back and re-gift them as a postcard.

Once your eyeballs have finished enjoying them, you could also cut them down and turn them into bookmarks!
